Course registration and enrollment fees are processed through secure gateways. All payments made to KSR Datavizon for training courses, bootcamps, and materials are final. No refunds, cancellations, or fee adjustments are provided once enrollment is completed and access to live training, study resources, or LMS portals is granted.5. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided by KSR Datavizon, including but not limited to videos, course content, documentation, code repositories, graphics, design assets, and marketing materials, are the intellectual property of KSR Datavizon Pvt. Ltd.- You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access materials for personal learning.
- You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, share accounts, or commercially exploit any course materials. Violations will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
6. Code of Conduct
Users and students agree to maintain a respectful learning environment. Any behavior that constitutes harassment, abuse, spam, sharing of unauthorized materials, or disruption of live classes is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension without refund.7.
